- 1. Promoter
- The promoter of this prize draw is Huddersfield Town Foundation (“the Promoter”), in partnership with Raise Your Game.
- 2. Eligibility
- · The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- · The winner and any travel companion must hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel to the United States.
- 3. Entry
- · Entry details and mechanics will be as outlined in the campaign materials.
- · Entries must be received by the closing date specified in the promotional material. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- 4. Prize
- The prize consists of:
- · A 7-day (6-night) VIP trip to Sacramento, California, USA
- · Return economy airfare for the winner (and guest, if applicable)
- · Accommodation for the duration of the stay
- · A $500 (USD) prepaid Visa gift card
- · Car hire for the duration of the trip
- · Tickets to a Sacramento Republic FC match
- · A lunch experience with Chairman Kevin Nagle (subject to availability)
- 5. Prize Conditions
- · The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- · The trip must be taken within 12 months of winner notification (unless otherwise agreed), and is subject to availability.
- · Travel dates may be restricted (e.g. blackout periods, peak travel dates).
- 6. Travel Requirements
- · The winner and any travel companion are responsible for ensuring they have:
- o Valid passports
- o Any necessary visas or ESTA approvals
- o Appropriate travel insurance
- · The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to obtain required travel documentation.
- 7. Car Hire Conditions
- · The winner (or nominated driver) must:
- o Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
- o Be legally permitted to drive in the United States
- o Meet the car hire company’s age (usually 21+) and licence requirements
- · The winner must be willing and able to drive in the United States, as alternative transport may be limited.
- · Any additional costs (e.g. insurance upgrades, fuel, deposits, fines) are the responsibility of the winner.
- 8. Additional Costs
- · Unless explicitly stated, the prize does not include:
- o Meals (other than the specified lunch)
- o Spending money beyond the $500 gift card
- o Travel insurance
- o Airport transfers (unless stated)
- o Any additional excursions or personal expenses
- 9. Winner Selection and Notification
- · The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- · The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 3 days of the draw date.
- · If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- 10. Publicity
- · The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including use of their name and image, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- 11. Prize Availability
- · If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

- · The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- o Any loss, injury, or damage suffered in connection with the prize, except where required by law
- o Any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations outside its control
- · Participation in the prize and any related activities is at the winner’s own risk.

- · Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with UK data protection laws.
- 14. General
- · The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

Training Ground Experience
A chance to watch the players train with a meet and greet
Terms & Conditions:
- Huddersfield Town AFC Training Ground Experience
- The prize consists of an exclusive opportunity for the winner and up to three (3) guests (maximum four (4) people in total) to attend a Huddersfield Town training session and participate in a meet and greet with members of the first team squad, subject to club availability.
- 1. Prize Details
- 1.1 The prize includes:
- · Access to watch a Huddersfield Town AFC training session.
- · A meet and greet with Huddersfield Town AFC players.
- · Attendance for the winner plus up to three (3) guests.
- 1.2 The prize does not include:
- · Travel to and from the venue.
- · Accommodation.
- · Food, drink, or any additional expenses unless otherwise stated.
- 2. Date and Availability
- 2.1 The date and time of the experience will be determined by Huddersfield Town AFC following the announcement of the prize winner.
- 2.2 The experience is subject to player, coaching staff, and club operational availability.
- 2.3 Once a date and time have been agreed with the winner, they cannot be changed, transferred, or rescheduled.
- 2.4 If circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or Huddersfield Town Foundation & Huddersfield Town AFC require the experience to be postponed or amended, an alternative date may be offered at the club's discretion.
- 3. Prize Restrictions
- 3.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative prize.
- 3.2 The prize must be accepted as awarded.
- 3.3 The winner and guests must comply with all instructions, safeguarding requirements, health and safety procedures, and venue rules provided by Huddersfield Town AFC staff.
- 3.4 The prize winner will be escorted round by a member of Huddersfield Town Foundation Staff who they must agree to meet before the experience to be signed in and out of the training ground.
- 4. Photography and Media
- 4.1 Photographs and video footage may be taken during the experience by Huddersfield Town AFC and/or its representatives.
- 4.2 By accepting the prize and attending the experience, the winner and all guests consent to being photographed and filmed and acknowledge that such images and footage may be used by Huddersfield Town AFC and the Promoter for promotional, marketing, publicity, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
- 4.3 It is the winner's responsibility to ensure all accompanying guests are aware of and agree to these conditions before attending.
- 5. Eligibility
- 5.1 Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- 5.2 The winner is responsible for ensuring that all guests are eligible and available to attend on the date provided.
- 6. Liability
- 6.1 The Promoter and Huddersfield Town AFC accept no responsibility for travel costs, personal expenses, loss, damage, injury, or disappointment incurred in connection with the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
- 6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
- 7. General
- 7.1 The winner must respond to communications regarding the prize within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
